For in vitro research only

$170.00

A 10 mg lyophilized vial of the triple GLP-1/GIP/glucagon receptor agonist retatrutide for advanced metabolic research + Disposable injector PEN

  • 10 mg lyophilized peptide per vial
  • Triple GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptor agonist
  • Synthetic peptide, ≥99% purity
  • Studied for energy balance and body-weight regulation
01Research usage

Retatrutide is a multi-receptor peptide agonist targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. This 10 mg vial supports research into energy balance, glucose control, and body-weight regulation, where the simultaneous engagement of three incretin and glucagon pathways is of particular interest for metabolic models.

02Research results

Phase 2 data show dose-dependent metabolic effects, with the highest doses producing body-weight reductions of roughly 24% over 48 weeks alongside improvements in glycemic and hepatic markers. Intermediate doses such as 10 mg are used to characterize the dose-response relationship.

03Safety summary

Adverse events are predominantly gastrointestinal and dose-dependent. As with all triple agonists, glucagon-receptor activity makes heart-rate and metabolic monitoring relevant in research models. The majority of reported events are mild to moderate.

04Reconstitution guide

Recommended ratio

  • 1 mL of bacteriostatic water per 10 mg vial
  • Equivalent to 5 mg/mL (i.e. 0.5 mg per 10 units on a 100 U insulin syringe)
  1. Disinfect the rubber stoppers with alcohol wipes.
  2. Inject the diluent slowly down the inner wall of the vial to avoid foaming.
  3. Gently swirl the vial (never shake). Let it dissolve for about 10 minutes.
05Storage instructions

Unopened / before reconstitution

  • Store refrigerated (2 °C – 8 °C).
  • Stable for 24 months.
  • For long-term storage (2+ years), store at -20 °C.

Reconstituted solution

  • Must be kept refrigerated.
  • Avoid exposure to light and excessive heat.
